Information You Submit
Search Terms
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Mitchell County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages
When you email or send a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
